At 9:00 am on May 17^th Iraq local time, Chief Security Officer of GAZPROM, Mr. Dimitry, and the Safety Supervisor of ZPEC, Mr. Qi Lei, arrived at ZPEC Rig 16 to praise the team’s good performance of No LTI (Lost Time Injury) for three consecutive years.  Mr. Dimitry highly applauded their efforts in terms of safety and their concept of safety first.  The three consecutive years of stable operation with No LTI is a very brilliant and rare achievement.  Very few teams in the world are able to achieve what Rig 16 accomplished.

Rig Manager Mr. Zhang Yiping appreciated the praise from GAZPROM and the Project Safety Department.  He said that this contribution was made by all the rig members and all the honor belongs to the past.  He continued by saying that Rig 16 will continue to make persistent efforts for further successes in the future!（Reported by Feng Xiaoxu）
