n May 21^st, ten foreign employees from the Rosneft Project in Russia arrived at the ZPEC Lingang Base in Shanghai to visit the base and meet with the leaders and colleagues at ZPEC’s headquarters. Then they flew to Baoji on the 23rd to participate in the training of equipment installation, debugging, and acceptance inspection.  This is the first group of foreign employees to arrive in China after ZPEC’s new recruiting method of “internationalization of talent, and local employment”.

The expatriate staff are from Ukraine, Russia, and other countries and are made up of platform managers, general mechanics, drillers, etc. for the Rosneft Project.  At the welcoming meeting on the afternoon of the 21st, ZPEC General Manager Shi Shuyi, Chief Engineer Li Shaohai, and the department heads of Human Resources, HSE, and other departments warmly welcomed them.

On May 23rd，the foreign employees arrived Baoji Oilfield Machinery Company to attend the two-month training sessions about cryogenic rig installation, debugging, and packing.  All working staff of ZPEC’s Rosneft Project in Russia, excluding some core management posts and technical service posts, consist of foreign employees. The purpose of this training is to fully train these employees on all equipment and drilling systems of ZPEC in advance preparation for efficient, smooth, and safe operations in the future. （Reported by Yang Runqi, Yang Yaoqi, Yin Wendong）
