In the Inner Mongolian desert of Wushen County at the Su Dong 25-58 well site, there stands three derricks which belong to ZPEC Drilling Team 15 and two other drilling teams from another group.  During the operation, Team 15 won first place based on their strength and “ZPEC Speed”.  They were highly praised by the No. 5 Gas Production Plant in Changqing Oil Field.

 

ZPEC Team 15 has two wells in this district, the Su Dong 25-58 well and the 24-57A well.  The design depth of Su Dong 25-58 well is 3,467 meters with the actual depth of 3,338 meters.  This well spudded in at midnight on March 27^th and finished drilling at 21:00 on April 10^th.  The drilling cycle was 14.88 days and the construction cycle was 18.25 days, which made ZPEC the fastest drilling team among the three teams at the Su Dong 25-58 well site. （Reported by Yang Runqi）
