ZPEC Team 14 Successfully Spuds Changqing Oilfield 105-29 Well

On February 25th at 12:00 noon, Team 14 began drilling ZPEC's first footage of 2017 in the Changqing Oilfield at the 105-29 wellsite. It also was the first drilling rig in the work area.

ZPEC Team 14 has three consecutive years carrying out horizontal well construction. With its skillful and tenacious style of ZPEC spirit, it has earned a good reputation. Starting from the beginning of the year, the team has overcome all of the difficulties with hard work and perseverence. On February 23, before spudding, they passed acceptance by the company on the first try. On that day, Team 14 was highly praised, especially for their HSE work.

Team 14's success heralds the official beginning of production in 2017. The team has confidence to successfully accomplish the tasks for the new year, and have expressed their belief that they will create greater efficiencies and become ZPEC’s drilling crew leader.
