During Nov the 10th to 25th, Wang Deliang, who was the chief engineer of ZPEC group company, together with five human resource personnels in group company and drilling company, advertised the students in 9 academies according to the plan of advertising for college graduate in 2009. Through the strict siftings, they finally achieved the plan and enrolled 105 students who had been graduated from 5 specialities, which were Petroleum Engineering, Oilfield Chemistry and Machinery Design & Manufacture.

The colleges we’d chosen were Yan’an Vocational And Technical College, Lanzhou University of Technology, Xi’an Shiyou University, Chongqing University of Science & Technology and Yangtze University College of Technology Engineering, Da’qin petroleum Institute Huarui Institute, Chengde Petroleum College and China University of Petroleum(Beijing)(East China)etc. In order to insure the quality of new employee, the Job Advertising procedure was carried strictly, besides the specific introduction of optical disc and lantern slide playing of ZPEC and drilling company, Mr Wang and his party also introduced the condition of drilling work and the treatment etc to the students. After received the resumes, they checked up them carefully and began to open up the interviewing with students, when finished all job interview, they made the comparison of all personnels and then confirmed the personnels they would hire.
 
During the interviewing process, the company not only checked up the specialties, physical qualities, cultural qualities and practical abilities carefully, but also knew about the family, practical abilities and Be proactive & diligent. The students who lived in country, passed CET3, NCRE GRADE 2 and had the excellent results would be considered priority. One could be relaxed restrictions who held the student leader, three good students or took part in excellent practice outside the school.

In the period of interviewing, Mr Wang and his party visited the students who came from Da’qin petroleum Institute and Zhongman Corporation class of Yangtze University, they also introduced the development of ZPEC group company and Zhongman Drilling company to the students, and solved the questions which the students raised, they made corporation with two universities about Intern period, Intern manner, Graduation design, thesis defense etc. By the invitation of the university leader, ZPEC will send experts to explain the knowledge of drilling local to the students.

On November the 11th, On behalf of Li Chundi , who is ZPEC president,    Wang Deliang took part in the annual meeting of cooperative between university and enterprise and delivered a speech, awarded the scholarship to the students who got the ZPEC SCHOLARSHIP. Then, he also attended the discussion that how to make the corporation better. Mr Wang, the chief manager, will introduce ZPEC to the leader and departments, and presents the Zhongman Petroleum News and Zhongman News to them when he made interview in each university. Finally, they made a good initial communication channels. When they made interview in Yangtze University College of Technology Engineering and Lanzhou University of Technology, the reporter of JZ TV, GS TV and Gansu Daily, had an interview with ZPEC separately, it enhanced the popularity and impact of ZPEC. Mr Wang made a discussion with the experts, who came from Petroleum Engineering and College of Mechanical Engineering, and discussed the cooperative methods and foreground when he made the interview in China Petroleum University.
