On May 18, the ZPEC presidents working meeting was holding in ZPEC Headquarters, aiming to clear tasks, face the new economic situation, and finish annual operation target, make the ZPEC brand recognition.

ZPEC top management Mr. Li, Mr. Yang, Mr. Liu, Mr. Shi and Mr. Gu all attended the meeting, the meeting was held by ZPEC Financial supervisor Mr. Huang.
    
General Manager of ZPEC Drilling Mr. Shi firstly reported the January to April working performance of ZPEC Drilling. He expressed that ZPEC Drilling was very confidence to accomplish the 2009 annual target. Meanwhile, some new technologies and management activity would be put to working use. Subsequently, Kunlun Mr. Gu showed that Kunlun’s future would be better than people expected with current world economic situation as Kunlun did a lot of preparations before the recession come. After them, Mr. Yang and Mr. Liu also gave the speech and suggestions with their opinions in the meeting.

Finally, Mr. Li analyzed the current economic situation and required different departments and subsidiaries to work together, positively attract industrial talents, adjust developing speed, form ZPEC competitive advantages, make ZPEC to be a China’s Halliburton.
