On June 25, the news of a victory comes from Changqin Oilfield, Zhuanjing Block of 6th Oil Production Factory, where ZPEC Team 6 is advancing bravely. A historic number of 1198m was set as the new footage record of Drilling Company.

ZPEC Team 6 is one of Zhongman Drilling’s strong troops. This team has kept on breaking records for many times. After mobilizing to Zhuanjing Block, Team 6 implements the requirement of company to increase efficiency. They made an early action, made great efforts on exploring the geologic structure, worked out a scientific fast-drilling scheme and finally achieved a significant promotion of mechanical drilling speed.

In the construction of Well An24-44, Team 6 faces many difficulties, for examples, the inclinations of well holes are larger than 26 degrees and it’s hard for construction. Team 6 made changes courageously on the drilling tool combination, twisting the position, and succeed in direction at once. Besides, it effectively shorten the slipping drilling period for good understanding of the features of new drill pipe, drill bit and geologic formation, which extends the compound drilling period. Coordinating with skilled Inner Bench Operator and Outer Bench Operator, the Driller feed the bit regularly. Pipe connection is made every 2 minutes on average. Single shift footage reached to 735m, which is the best record of this team.

Daily footage reached to 1198m, which is a new break of ZPEC Drilling Company in the speed enhancing campaign.
