Mr. Li calls upon the whole group to study the example of Drilling Company, to carry forward the spirit of “Dragon Troop”, to proceed with confidence of development, to achieve advantages in the industry, to create a platform of credibility and to establish a glory brand image.

On July 27, ZPEC holds Semi-Annual Meeting of 2009 in Shanghai headquarters. After summarizing the achievement and analysis the shortage, the meeting makes a comprehensive deployment on the work of the second half year. The meeting requires the whole group keep on carrying out the spirit of Annual Meeting of 2009, to overcome difficulties, chase the opportunities, innovate the mind and finish the mission target which set at the beginning of this year by constancy.

In the meeting, Mr. Li, the President of ZPEC gives a report titled as “Overcome difficulties, be ready and be able, achieve advantages, and create breakthrough”. Mr. Li said, in the first half of this year, each department and subsidiary of the group has made achievements on drilling technical improvement, marketing network establishment, Qidong base construction and corporate management, which establishes a favorable foundation of works in the next stage.

Mr. Li makes a calmly analysis on the situation that the group being confronted. He said that the next half year will be a difficult time for the group. He encourages everybody to strengthen confidence, take the excellences and discard the dregs, go a step further to exert the advantages of the group, against the odds and strive for development.

At last, Mr. Li makes works arrangements of the next half year of the group and put forward requirements:
1. To thoroughly apply the spirit of the Annual Meeting of 2009 and speech of the managements; to achieve the working objectives of the company from each aspect.
2. Benefit from the accommodative money policy of the government, active outreach overseas market.
3. Speed up our steps to formalization, standardization and international.
4. To achieve advantages in the industry, to create a platform of credibility and to establish a glory brand image.

The representatives gave speeches in the meeting. “We shall chase the opportunities by every possible means, achieve our objectives, and accumulate power constantly for better achievements. We will usher in the spring of ZPEC’s development shoulder to shoulder”, Mr. Chen said.
