Confirming to the order and the spirit of the Group, "Quicken the pace of the Drilling Company towards regularization, standardization, and internationalization," recently, the company intensified the reform and improvement for the drilling teams' quality of life.  These efforts have resulted in creating a nice working and living environment for all staff working at the front line.
 
The Living Services Team includes living-quality supervisors, cooks, and service staff who have been recruited and employed for this purpose.  They understand the living situation and the facilities of the drilling teams.  The Team maintains each camping house, as well as  cleans and washes bed clothes at regular intervals.  These measures bring the drilling staff warmth and zeal like a family even though they are in the wild and vast oil field.  Now when you arrive at the well-site, what jumps into your sight are clean and tidy living quarters and smiling faces.  Living in pleasantly cool camps with air-conditioning, eating delicious meals, with specialized service staff cleaning their rooms, washing their clothes and making their beds, many staff say, "I never thought I would experience such high living standards!  I thank the company for their thoughtful consideration and persistent care."

The Drilling Company has provided 5 drilling teams with living services staff according to new standards.  Introducing specialized living services to the rest of the teams is currently in process.
