On July 25, ZPEC became a member of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products and received its Certificate of Membership, thereby gaining a better international trade environment for the company's global marketing process.
 
As a bridge between government and enterprises, the Chamber of Commerce builds close business relationships with banks, insurance companies, the Customs, Administration of Exchange Control and Commodity Inspection Bureau and provides support and convenience.  Another benefit of membership is the information ZPEC receives keeps the company updated on laws, policies and regulations of China on foreign economic relations and trade, and also provides with services such as information, exhibition, legal consulting and personnel training.

The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products has about 7000 members which are the top enterprises in the industry with largest scale of operations, including aircraft, automobiles, computers, communication devices, audio and video equipment, home appliances, instrumentation, electro-technical products, machine tools, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and other smaller machinery and electronic products such as bicycles, bearings, power tools, and electronic components.

Background:
Established in July 1988, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products is one of the five most important chambers in China and is subject to the Ministry of Commerce.  It was registered and founded in the People's Republic of China as a self-disciplined, national industry association by economic organizations of multiple types engaging in machinery and electronic products import and export and related activities.
