On August 27 and 28, Shi Shuyi, ZPEC Vice President and General Manager, calls upon a management and key technician conferences at the Organization Base in Dingbian of Shangbei. Mr. Shi asks for the whole Drilling Company to fight with all-out efforts, “strive for another hundred days, and pledge to fight for a clear Victory”, and to insure the accomplishment of this year’s goal of 500,000m footage.

In the meeting, Mr. Shi emphasizes that, “the quota of the next months must be allocated to each team, and the whole company should build the confidence for certainly victory, carry forward the spirit of “Dragon Troop”, race against time, focus on safety in production, on team development, on drill strings and equipments management, and on personnel reserve, and insure the perfectly safe for the accomplishment of 500,000m task on time. He asks for teams at Changqing Project Department to finish their move to new well sites by the end of August and be well prepared for drilling. Other Project Departments should organize their production linkage according to the requirement of the task. The whole company work with one mind and one step, embark on a huge production tide, and strive for good achievement of September.

By the date of August 27, Drilling Company has completed 282966m footage and there is 220000m distance from the total target of this year. To ensure the successfully accomplishment of the whole year’s target, in the past days, the management of Drilling Company rush to each block for marketing information and for coordination of well sites.
