Recently, Zhongman Drilling issued a notice of “Fight 100 days, Spurt to 500,000m” labor emulation, in which the annual drilling footage target was broken down into each project and drilling crew and corresponding policy of rewards followed. So, a race against time and overtaking speed has been in full swing.
Facing the reality of staging area and long distance moving, Changqing Project Team concentrate four drilling crews to work day and night, undeterred by wind and rain. Ten days without a break, leasers and workers of the project travelling through the valley, assigning trucks, coordinating with residents, finally guaranteed a smooth move. Dingbian Project Team has taken a good chance with abundant workload, strengthening production, resolving technical problems; three drilling crews separately completed one and one highly difficult wells. Yanchang Project Team unceasingly worked one week in the bad weather; difficultly move to new site, with its 10th crew has spuded in on 27th, August. The 15th crew with Sugeli Project in Inner Mongolia started drilling the second well on 4th, September. They summed up experience and lessons, held pep rally, laid a strong foundation for good and speedy drilling. Independently working crew of 7th and 5th crew in Baibao block and Changqing Ultra Low Permeable Project refused to admit being inferior, overcame a lot of difficulties and shortly opened up a favorable working situation.
