September 22rd, more than 40 technical mainstays from every drilling team of drilling company join opening ceremony for Second period of English training course for ZPEC for drilling mainstay where held in South west university of petroleum, during the period of 3 months, they will receive a system speaking English training.
ZPEC president Li, vice president Gu Chuangye, general engineer Wang Deliang and vice-chancellor of SWUP Sun Yiping join the course opening ceremony.
President Li speak to the trainee that this training is of far-reaching significance in order to adopt new situation and task of international drilling work and the requirements for building a high-quality drilling team, inevitable requirements for form a good image for ZPEC in international market, carry out long term group plan, and important measure to promote labor quality greatly. He warns trainees to value the time, seize the learning emphasis, earnestly learn the English well, meet the challenge with strength and win honour for ZPEC.
On the course opening ceremony, vice-chancellor of SWUP Sun Yiping says that within the period of 3 months’ training, school will send teachers with rich experience to take the teaching task, with careful organization and strict management to ensure the trainees get well trained, reach the training objective smoothly. From now on, as long as ZPEC requires, SWUP is very glad to offer more technical assistance and support.
ZPEC general engineer Wang Deliang said later on that he required all trainees should abide by the training principle strictly, while finishing study should reach three points of requirements that everyone can understand foreign supervisor’s technical order, express the tools, equipments and technology description in English, fill in the bills of works in English and so on.
