At 10 pm of September 17th, with the happy and auspicious sound of fireworks, ZJ40J drilling rig manufactured by Kunlun company was rigged up once successfully, the rig was reconstructed by one set of Daqing 130 type drilling rig made in 1980s, and it will be transported to North of Shaanxi recently after commissioning.
It is reported that Daqing 130 type drilling rig is a kind of mechanical type rig researched and developed by our country, and it is always main rig of our country ever since long time ago, along with development of rig technology, compared with new type rig, so many defaults were shown such as equipments ageing, complicated transmission, low working efficiency, power matching unreasonable, large intensity of labor, non-satisfy HSE request, there is hundreds of old rigs to be reconstructed in market of North of Shaanxi area. Based on this condition, Kunlun company sent personnel to North of Shaanxi for technical communication about reconstruction issue, it is used only two months to complete research and development of ZJ40J rig , which is the updating and upgrading products for 130 type drilling rig. Reconstructed rig keeps the formal rig’s transmission  and lifting system, update and upgrade the parts of crown block, mast and substructure, promote the operating performance of rig, it is very convenient to move and storage of tools, save considerable cost for user.
