From September 27 to October 7, with our Kuwait customer's authorization, the world famous third-party inspection company, ModuSpec, sent their experts to make a strict inspection of ZJ70DZ at the ZPEC Shanghai factory.  The rig passed inspection successfully.

In order to satisfy inspection requirements, ZPEC experts worked through the Chinese National Holiday to ensure the ModuSpec specialists checked and tested the rig in every detailed aspect.  With 10 days of intensive work, ModuSpec specialists concluded with a 120 page inspection report containing good evaluations of ZPEC's operation management, quality control management, production documents management, etc.  This report also provided evidence that ZPEC's integrated rigs have been well recognized by authorities.

During the inspection, the specialists of both companies left a diligent and detailed impression on each other.  ModuSpec experts also hoped that both parties would learn and promote together efforts of continual improvement in the manufacturing of petroleum equipment globally.
