On October 30, ZPEC was holding ‘HR Visual Conference’to conclude the pervious work and arrange following tasks.

The meeting was applied visual conference style, the main meeting place was located in ZPEC headquarters, and branch meeting places were respectively set in ZPEC Drilling, Kunlun and Beijing branch altogether 5 subsidiaries. ZPEC president Mr. Li Chudi, vice presidents Mr. Yang Yangqi, Liu Qianfeng, Shi shuyi etc. attended the meeting, Mr. Liu Qianfeng was holding the meeting.

During the meeting, each branch HR manager respectively gave the report of the first half year, analyzed problems and pointed out suggestions, then Mr. Gou Xingchao, ZPEC HR director, introduced explained achievements and problems of ZPEC HR works, and outlined future HR plan.

Mr. Li Chundi confirmed the HR achievement, particularly give high appraise to ZPEC Drilling. He said that HR works had been entered regular progress since the beginning of this year but also some weaknesses insides, he hope everyone concerned would find solutions and improve them.
He also press the importance of employees performance examination, it would be the strong evidence for survival the fittest and salary adjustment. Meanwhile, Mr. Li also pointed out that manpower reserve was the crucial part for ZPEC going abroad.
