On Nov. 27, Mr. Li, ZPEC president, inspected Kunlun and adjusted management structure as well as motivated employees in order to well accomplished 2009 tasks and goals.
During the company meeting there, ZPEC HR department announced the adjustment plan of Kunlun management. Mr. Li hope Kunlun would come to a higher level with strengthen team work spirits and management. He said, “A enterprise likes a group, everyone in this group should be managed and motivated by the same objective”. He also pointed out that the development scope of Kunlun was to focus on land rigs and special vehicles manufacture and targeted marketing in domestic, Middle Asia, South East of Asia and Eastern Europe. It has a good prospect with excellent Uzbekistani users’ feedback for our rigs there and nice recognitions for our modified rig -- Daqing II. Kunlun should keep this good performance and local advantages.
During inspection in Kunlun, Mr. Li checked workshops, assembly site and electric control equipments as well as closely talked with staff to understand production process and exiting difficulties. When he saw the 50DB rig standing on the assemble site, he required to keep the quality control all the time and delivered the rig to users punctually. 
Left factory, Mr. Li went to Xindu hospital to give greetings to ZPEC employee – Zhang Jie, and then visited students of ZPEC drilling class in Southwest Petroleum University.
Although the visiting time to Kunlun is short, Mr. Li’s care and support bring confidence and power to our employees as well as will motivate them to create the high performance.
