In order to better understand the rig-use condition and to improve after-sale service quality, ZPEC Kunlun Company recently carried out a Rig quality investigation activity in the Shangbei market.

Mr. Yan Lixin, ZPEC Drilling Company General Mechanical Engineer, accompanied by Mr. Gu Jianlin, Vice General Engineer of ZPEC Kunlun Company and Manager of Technical Department and Mr. Wang Zuoli, Manager of Quality Control Department went to Shangbei Ding Bian, Yan’an, inner Mongolia Sulige.  While visiting the drilling teams who were using the ZPEC Kunlun Rigs, they investigated the Rigs’ condition.  They patiently answered all the questions from each crew related to the rig maintenance and use.  Any issues that they were not able to answer, they promised to report back to them and to solve them as soon as possible.  To date, most questions have been answered and all modified work was scheduled to be completed before National Day.
