Recently, ZPEC Drilling Company carried out their winter season safety production inspection as contained in the Anti-frozen Protection Measures and Winter-season Safety Operation Rules, which are focused on the safety inspection of the drilling teams under operating conditions.
The inspection team is composed of the principals from all projects, the safety supervision department, the engineering technical department, the equipment management department and the living service team.  Mr. Wang Shanlin, Vice General Manager of ZPEC Drilling Company, served as the team leader.  Upon arrival at each site, they carefully examined the diesel engine generator sets, mud pumps, BOP and well control equipment, all oil/gas/water pipes, all electrical equipment, and all cables to see if the protection work was completed properly.  All existing problems and weakness were recorded and modification notices were issued.  The inspection team required all the drilling team leaders and cadres to pay high attention to the safety production work and to immediately rectify the problems. 
During the inspection period, the inspection team also held classes for the staff to learn the winter season safety operation rules and notices.  Spot-checks were held to determine their level of competence in understanding the importance and effectiveness of this valuable safety training.
