At 2:00 pm on February 18, ZPEC No. 13 Team successfully passed the client’s examination and became the first team to spud as it opened the curtain of 2012 domestic drilling production work.

 

After nearly two months of winter season, including the New Year holidays and vacation, ZPEC No. 13 Team arrived back on time with high enthusiasm and expectations.  Immediately, they organized the production materials, installed the rigs, and commissioned all equipment for inspection and examination.  Although the weather was still below freezing and a few laborers had not yet arrived, they overcame all difficulties and passed the examination within 18 days.  Spudding began successfully 15 days ahead of the last year’s spudding date.
