On February 23, 2012, ZPEC Group held its 2012 Annual Meeting in Shanghai.  The top management of ZPEC Group Company summarized its 2011 achievements and unveiled its future plans to realize its comprehensive, coordinated, and continuous development.  All ZPEC staff was called upon to explore markets, reinforce management, increase profits, and accelerate its international processes in 2012.

Attending the meeting in Shanghai were all staff of ZPEC Headquarters and ZPEC Manufacturing Company, and the leadership of ZPEC Drilling Company, ZPEC Kunlun Company and ZPEC Electrical Company.  The staff in China’s Shanxi and Gansu Provinces, UAE, and 9 additional locations attended via video.

In the meeting, President Li made a working report speech named “Change Management System, Expedite Strategic Layout, and Steadily Enhance the Comprehensive, Coordinated, Continuous Development Capability”.  He pointed out that 2011 was an extremely unusual year in ZPEC’s developmental history in which it adjusted production management’s strategy to steadily develop production despite the international economic downturn and tight national monetary policies.  With the adjusted strategy, ZPEC Group Company was able to coordinate the development of rig manufacturing and drilling engineering services, expanded its overseas business, and create many new bright spots.
