On Dec.28, 2015, ZPEC Group leading group, departments and staffs of each subsidiary company got together, attending the annual work meeting in Lingang Base. They concluded and analysed the achievements acquired in 2015, and arranged and deployed the tasks and key works in 2016. In the meeting, the whole company is required to strengthen the management mechanism, grasp opportunities, optimize the structure, integrate resources as soon as possible, and respond to the market challenges actively in the severe market environment, so as to realize the stable development of the company.

 

Li Chundi, president of ZPEC Group, attended the meeting and gave an important speech. He stated the ZPEC development direction, industrial distribution and how to realize the company’s prospect. Mr. Li pointed out thatZPEC would enter a new historic stage in 2016, and the Group should set up a modern management mechanism which suit the practical situation of the company, further broaden the financing channels, grasp market opportunities, and meet the challenges with passion.

 

In the meeting, Shi Shuyi, General manager of ZPEC Group made a work report. He pointed out that in the depression background of the world oil and gas industry, domestic and foreign markets shrank and equipment orders decreased. Confronting the crisis, the Group combined efforts, adjusted the thinking, improved the efficiency, reformed and innovated, and acquired achievements depending on the successful performance of the overseas project.

 

Mr. Shi reported the production and operation situation in 2015. He highly praised the Baker Huges project, Petronas project and Gazprom Badra drilling projects, reviewed the new records and points of the domestic drilling work, concluded the outstanding achievements in institutional reform, safety management, low-cost operation, Lingang Base construction and personnel training, and analysed the disadvantages in technical innovation of equipment, financing management and other systems. Mr. Shi hoped the company improve the management mode, fasten the product transformation, and provide powerful support for the stable development of ZPEC.

 

The growth of global oil demand in 2016 will be slow down, the world oil and gas exploration and investment will be further reduced and the oil service industrial situation will be more severe. Mr Shi required the company to take actions actively, develop new markets to consolidate the advantageous status, adjust the organization structure and industrial distribution, optimize the human resources, and improve the technical content of products and services to assure the healthy development of the company.

 

In the meeting, leaders responsible of operation, finance and safety gave their special work report respectively. Scientific research personnels of Zhongman Petroleum equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, ZPEC Kunlun Company and ZPEC Electrical Engineer displayed the scientific research and innovation results of power catwalk, waste mud management system and autoracking board pipe handler.
