Led by ZPEC Vice General Manager Mr. Chen Qingjun, a group consisting of the heads of Financial, Human Resources, and Marketing Departments from Zhongman Beijing International Drilling Co. Ltd. visited the GAZPROM Project of ZPEC at the Basra Oilfield from November 6 to 8. The investigative group was composed of Mr. Lu Jingwen, Manager of the Engineering and Marketing Departments, Ms. Qi Jing, Financial Director, Mr. Ma Guofang, Human Resources Director and three other members. They asked for information concerning the operational conditions of the Drilling Crew, answered pertinent questions from the employees, and helped them solve practical problems. The excellent performance of ZPEC Drilling Crew 26 impressed the leaders very much. The rig manager of ZPEC Drilling Crew 26 said they will continue to make persistent efforts for greater achievements in the future.
On the afternoon of November 8th, the visiting group was briefed by the Project Department providing a review of the history of the GAZPROM Project via PowerPoint. They were able to draw lessons from the past and from the present in order to discuss future improvements in their Project Management skills. (Reported by Lin Peng)
