Through an “offline + online” dual-track model, we have established a comprehensive employee capability development pathway. Our learning cloud platform is increasingly robust, featuring diverse training evaluation models. The curriculum covers the entire development lifecycle, from new employee onboarding to senior management advancement, enabling multi-channel training models.
Integrated Resources and Investments
We have integrated resources to form a collaborative system comprising training institutions, universities, online resources, industry experts, and internal trainers. Over the past three years, the company’s investment in training has multiplied, ensuring the sustainability of employee training. Signature initiatives include the “Spark Program” for campus recruits, which focuses on developing the three pillars (management, technology, skilled trades) toward internationalization, specialization, and lean operations. We also conduct management training programs for mid-career cadres and industry upgrade/transformation training activities. Senior managers are encouraged to move toward greater professionalism and cross-functional competence.
